Can't add media, tags or hotlinks?! Using version 3.6 beta

  Hello,

  All was fine 3 weeks ago. Now I can’t add media, tags or a hotlink.

  I check the source code and am using version 3.6 beta (don’t know how that happened).

  I am using Google Chrome’s latest version and cleared all caches and cookies.

  Means:

  The site you are asking about does not seem to be hosted on WordPress.COM so you need to make friends over at WordPress.ORG the keepers of the software you are using.

  How is this even possible when my blog says http://asianroughrider.com/ ?

  Also…
  1. I remember choosing .COM in the beginning.
  2. I log in through wordpress.com and
  3. my user name only works with wordpress.com
  4. I don’t have a username or password for wordpress.ORG
  5. I’ve contacted support for wordpress.org in the past for an unrelated subject and received help
  6. Seriously, all I want to do is add some pictures!

  You are in the wrong forum. You don’t have a log in for WP.org because you haven’t created one yet, but your blog is not hosted here and it’s using different software and we cannot help you.

  Ah, correction: You are indeed hosted by WordPress.com but you are NOT using version 3.6 beta.

  So, what browser and version are you using? Are you on the http or https version of the site?

  Thanks for your response again.

  I am a paying wordpress.com user (annual fee).

  My Browser is CHROME (updated to latest verion)

  I am not sure what my version is, I’ve tried reading forums and watching videos but still can’t find the version. I right click on the web page and choose “view page choice” and still can’t find it.

  I believe it is a http version of the site

  Then try enabling https. Many Chrome users have said this helps.

  Under HTTPS/SSL > Under Setting > Google Chrome, I put a check in “Check for server certificate revocation.”

  Still won’t work.

  You should also know that http://www.wordpress.com page will not load for me. All I get is the top line. The rest of the page is blank.
