Can't add menu/navigation?

  How can I do this please? The only thing to show is “Contact”.

  You presently have a custom menu displayed, with one item it. I suggest that you consult the Custom Menus support page. Regarding how to add items to the menu, please see the Add Menu Items section of the support page.
