Can't add more than 15 items to custom menu

    I’m working on a site for a customer, using a Woo theme. It worked perfect in one server, but when I moved it to the custormer’s server, apparently I can’t add more than 16 items to the menu. It just deletes the last ones over and over again.
    It’s really weird. Any idea where the problem could be???
    I made research and found out something about suhosin should be:
    suhosin.post.max_vars = 5000
    suhosin.request.max_vars = 5000

    I asked the server to change it but.. still. What can i do?
