Can't Add Multiple Images into Post after Updating
-
Hello. Before I updated to the newer version of WordPress I could add images into my media folder and then select multiple images and they would insert into my post one after another. No, I do not want a gallery. It’s my photography blog and I want all the images to be large, not smaller icons in a gallery. My media folder only allows me to select one image now- so I have to insert one image at a time… and it’s annoying and a real time suck.
Is there something I am missing? Can I revert back to an older version so I don’t have to deal with this?
Thanks for all your help!

Hi Aubrie,
You can add multiple images using the Gallery block and then on the settings of the Gallery block set the number of columns to 1. This will display your images one after the other. Here’s a screenshot to make things easier:
If you don’t want your images to be cropped make sure to turn off the Crop Images option.
Also, even though your images might appear as thumbnails in the editor when published they’ll occupy the full width of your site’s main content area.
If you have any other questions, just let me know and I’ll be happy to help.
