Can’t add my custom shipping methods to my WooCommerce (DHL and Jeebly)

I’m kinda new to WordPress specially to WooCommerce, I’ve been setting up an store that has physical products so I need to have a shipping methodes.
I’ve registered and made an account on DHL and Jeebly (store is based in UAE) and installed both plugins based on their guide, for DHL I have the “DHL Express Shipping Rates” in my WooCommerce shipping setting which is connected and has the API key linked, and for Jeebly I installed their plugin and connected the account (Auto-Sync is not on)I’ve selected the UAE in the WooCommerce setting as store location and shipping location.
After that when I go to WooCommerce > Setting > Shipping zones and edit the UAE location (or everywhere tried with both) I only see “Flat rate, Local pickup, Free shipping” options and I can’t find where to add Jeebly or DHL optionI’ve tried everything, my product that I added to the cart has weight and dimensions setup, it’s not a virtual product, I changed my user address and it’s UAE Dubai and everything but I still don’t see the options.
I even tried to set the free shipping for UAE so maybe one of the two plugins replace it and calculate the shipping fee but nothing changed and it doesn’t work. I have no idea what to doPlease don’t down vote or close this topic, I have no code to share that I think of and if you need to see or know something just ask me, I’m desperate and couldn’t find anything on the internet or get help from AI
