Can’t add new plugin

    I am trying to add woocommerce plugin, but wordpress doesn’t give me the option to add a new plug-in when hovering over ‘plug in’. I went through Bluehosts cpanel & added the woocommerce plugin manually and successfully. However, it doesn’t show up under my plug-ins on WordPress, but it shows it is added to my plug-ins in my cpanel file manager

    Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider, so we don’t have any control over it works.

    Please ask the WordPress.org community for advice instead. They provide support for the version of WordPress you’re using, and will hopefully be able to help you figure out what’s going on here:
