Can't add new plugins

    Every plugin I try to add, I receive the following message:

    Installation failed: Download failed. Service Unavailable.

    I don’t have any idea what is happening. We updated to WP 5.5, as well as updated to PHP 7.4. HostGator cannot determine the source of the problem. Can anyone provide assistance? Any help would be appreciated!

    As an aside, HostGator was able to manually install a plugin on their end, but I cannot do this through the Add Plugin menu on the dashboard.
