Can’t add payment method

    Hi, I’m trying to add a payment method to my account so I can purchase shipping labels, but for some reason it is declining my card. I’ve put it in several times and all the information is correct. My card is working everywhere else. I’m not sure what the issue is, if I can please get some assistance on this. Thanks!

    Hi! Unfortunately we’re not given much information about why it’s not being added. What we can see is that the refusal isn’t coming from our end, but from your card provider – it’s possible that while the card itself is fine, there may be additional protections from your card provider which are in place to make sure your card isn’t authorized somewhere that it shouldn’t be. It might be worth checking with them to make sure they’ll permit it to be authorized here in particular!
