Can’t add payment method for shipping / WooCommerce.

    Hello. I am attempting to add a payment method to be able to ship products to our clients. This is done via WooCommerce, with WooCommerce payments integrated.

    I keep on getting the following error message when I try to add a payment method:

    ‘Error preparing new payment method configuration. Please contact support quoting error HYTFSI.’

    I contacted WooCommerce and they said I should contact JetPack, since the payment method is added in WordPress profile.

    Can you please assist?

    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    Hi, thanks for your response. It is indeed a self-hosted website, yet this seems to specifically be something that is related to Jetpack, along with the error code.

    Is there perhaps another forum that specifically refers to Jetpack issues?
