Can’t Add Pictures

    I am trying to insert a picture into my post, but when I click the add picture button, instead of popping up the window, it takes me away from my post and opens the “pop-up” in the screen. Then when I upload the picture (which seems to work fine) after I click the “insert into post” button it just takes me to a blank page. And when I return to my post, it’s like nothing has changed. Help?

    What browser are you using? You haven’t added a Pop-Up blocker or anything, have you?

    There’s a workaround: when you upload it, copy the File URL and then you can put the picture in using the HTML editor. Click over to the HTML editor and put the cursor where you want the picture to be, then click IMG and put it in that way.

    You MIGHT also be able to upload it the way you’re describing, then go back and click the Media UPload box and go to the media library. See if it’s there, and if it is, click Show, then Insert.
