can't add privqacy protection

hi
i cna’t add privacy protection to this wordpress.com blog the5krunner.com. i have tried in both ie and firefox. the page with the link to checkout appears VERY briefly before vanishing.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

(d) Screenshots can be helpful. You can use http://snag.gy/ to share screenshots and link to them here. If you use the WordPress.com guide for screenshots http://en.support.wordpress.com/make-a-screenshot/ you can and upload it to your Media Library, and return to this thread to provide the file name so Staff can examine it.Then type modlook into the sidebar tags on this thread for Staff help. Sorry about the trailing phrase above. If you are still not successful make sure you are using the correct support doc. To change blog visibility to Private go to > Settings > Reading scroll to Blog Visibility and choose option 3. See the guide here http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings

a. varous PCs using latest versions of both and Microsoft edge
I can now get as far as the bit where it calculates the cost…but the page hangs and just displays blank fields with the word LOADING as the only text showing (under the cart symbol on LHS of screen). no error reports per se
