Can't add the Spotify follow button

Hi,
As a Spotify for Artists member, I can add a follow button to a website, or social media. The problem is that the code they’ve provided does not work, and I have a feeling it’s because of the iframe stuff, which I admit I don’t fully understand.
I used some altered code I found online to embed a Spotify playlist, because otherwise it wasn’t working either. However, I cannot find any info online for correcting the follow button code to work for my blog.

Can someone tell me what’s wrong with it, or correct it for me?
