  Please see the steps to add a theme here (https://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/#view-themes)

  If you are using your own hosted WP site, please log in to your site.
  Look on the list menu on the left side of your screen.

  Click “Appearance.”

  Click “Themes.”

  Click the “Add New” button.

  There are many themes to choose from; what kind of site are you making?

  On what site are you working? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com.

  If you’re using the open source WordPress software at another host, please ask for help at https://wordpress.org/support/forums instead.
