I was wondering if there is a way to remove the Akismet most of my comments are being deleted? Sometimes for good comments I like to reply back to keep the person coming back or recommending my site to friends. Also about revenue how do you get paid if there is no profile for your address?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

No, not from a WordPress.com blog.

How do you get paid? For what? Blogs on WordPress.com are barred by the Terms of Service from hosting Pay Per Click type schemes or paid advertising.

I am not following you about the revenue part.I read the section 2 part 5. On my blog I just write articles and do use the google, bing and yahoo webmaster. With google it ask you for your address for your profile. So, I am still wondering if I get a lot of clicks or views how do you make money just writing articles on wordpress.com

There is no means of making money by clicks at wordpress.com and if you need for clarity on the issue please contact Staff directly http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/

Unless someone who owns a WordPress.com blog volunteers to pay you for writing for them, you will not get paid for writing on WordPress.com blogs.

  • @tdd3 all of the comments you approved were from spammers. None of them are real people.

A name like “Genital Warts Treatment” ought to be a clue. “JohnKraft” and “Sammie Garity” are automated scripts designed to trick you into approving their comment (which has a link to their web site).

In general, if you get a comment from someone you don’t know and Akismet says it’s spam, it’s probably right.

In my tips blog, Akismet has blocked almost 1,300 comments in ten months. Of all those comments, only three weren’t spam.
