Can't approve comments!

Add topic to favorites
I’ve received a couple of comments that I want to approve but when I hover over the comment nothing appears. There’s no option to approve, unapprove, etc. What do I do?? I’ve tested in both Firefox and Safari. Nothing. Thank you. Help is appreciated.

Are you the Adminstrator of the blog? Or do you have another role?

Hi, yes I’m the Administrator of the blog.

Here is a screenshot of the screen options on the comments page:

There are no options for checking comments or date. What does that mean..?

My “Screen Options” in comments are just the same, only “author” and “in response to”.

The date is just above the comment “submitted on”

But, you are missing the check box on the left for bulk editing and the area underneath the comment where you hover your mouse over to see and select an action for the comment. Even when there’s no text appearing there, there is a space for it.

Have you tried logging out, clearing your cache and cookies, and then logging back in again? I know sometimes WP.com has issues with Safari, so check with FF first.
