Cant automatic migrate the site?

Hi,
I need to migrate this site to be hosted on my GoDaddy account. When I try to do so via Godaddy the process is blocked because the site is currently hosted on wordpress.com. What is the minimum membership I need to allow me to move this site over to my Godaddy?

Your site can be moved to another hosting anytime. You could use a migration plugin like All in One WP Migration plugin https://pl.wordpress.org/plugins/all-in-one-wp-migration/
If you are trying to transfer the domain it can be done after 60 days since the registration, in this case 2023-06-01 by following this guide: https://wordpress.com/support/move-domain/transfer-domain-registration/ Meanwhile you can connect it https://wordpress.com/support/move-domain/change-name-servers/#changing-name-servers-to-point-away-from-wordpress-com
