  Something is drastically wrong. I can’t access my own blog. :((((

  Hi julesmeans,

  I see that your domain julesmeandesigns.com has a redirect that’s sending it to julesmeansdesigns.wordpress.com. You’ll need to access your domain’s control panel and have the redirect disabled, or change your domain’s nameservers to the WordPress.com ones.

  Here’s a support article on how to map an existing domain, complete with the name server settings that you’ll need:

  Is this where I’m supposed to edit and put in the NS1, 2 and 3 phrases?

  Oh crap I don’t think that screenshot will open. I’m on the Edit DNS page, but I got a warning before I completed anything. Why did this happen anyway?

  Hi Jules,

  What warning did you get? Usually, it’s the domain registrar warning that if you change your DNS settings, you won’t be able to use some of the functionality that the registrar has to offer.

  Also, try uploading the image to a website like imgur.com!

  Hi Jules,

  If you have your screenshot uploaded to a page/post, publish it (you can set it to Private if you wish), then right-click on the screenshot and select the “Copy Image URL” (in Chrome) or “Copy Image Location” (in Firefox) option.

  You’ll get a link that starts with “http://”. Add that to your reply!

  While we’re at it, what service did you use to register your domain with?
