I have emailed support many times but I get no help and support keeps telling me I have free plan on here. I And they can’t support the blog sites emails that I have for each blog. This has been going on for months and I’m getting to the point where I might find another blog site This is whole new policy you guys have is not fair to ones that have free plan on here. I have asked support if I can talk to the manager so this issue could be fixed and I just keep getting the same thing. Now, please help this issue already so I can move on. Thank you. -Admin D

Hello!
Thank you for reaching out! The problem lies in the fact that the Facebook Page you’re attempting to connect is not publicly accessible.
Upon reviewing the Page linked from your site – https://www.facebook.com/TalkingKristen/ – it appears to be marked as private. Our social integration tools require the page to be public and free of any restrictions (such as geolocation or age restrictions) in order to establish a connection.
If you encounter similar issues with other Pages you’re trying to connect to, it’s likely due to the same reason. You can confirm this by attempting to load the Facebook page in an incognito window, which won’t recognize your Facebook account login. If there are restrictions on the Page, you’ll see a message indicating so.
To resolve this, you would need to adjust the settings on Facebook’s end to make the Page accessible to the public. Alternatively, if you choose not to do so, you can manually share any new posts to your Facebook pages using the Sharing buttons.
I hope this explanation helps clarify the situation! Feel free to let me know if you have any further questions.

I did change the settings on there and I didn’t think that would be problem but I will change it back to public. And finally someone told me that could be problem. Everytime I went emailed support from here they wouldn’t help me or tell what the problem was in the first place. I will let you know if this works. Thank you. -Admin D

Upon revisiting the page, it continues to display “This content isn’t available right now,” indicating that there’s still a setting preventing the connection. However, all indications suggest that the issue lies with Facebook’s settings.
It’s important to note that the page must remain public in order to utilize the automatic sharing feature. If you temporarily make it public to establish the connection and then revert it back to private, the feature still won’t function properly.
As always, you can manually share any links from your page to Facebook by using the Sharing buttons showing on each of your posts rather than needing to open Facebook directly:
I hope this clarification helps! If you have any further questions, feel free to ask.
