  how to point my Network Solutions domain name to my WordPress web

  Network Solutions hosts my domain name supremeintegrity.com.
  How do I set their CNAME and A RECORD to point this at my WordPress web: supremeintegrity.wordpress.com ?

  NOTE: Network Solutions hosts my email for: supremeintegrity.com

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
