Can’t buy a new (lower) plan

  Hello.

  After buying a Business plan I decided to cancel and go back to a Premium plan. However, when I try to buy it the following error message appears: ‘Sorry, this plan is not compatible with this site’.

  Please, I need help asap! Thank you.
