Can’t Buy Anything

I just signed up and I can’t see any options for hosting. I’m trying to enable the creator plan, but the hosting options page is blank. I found a work around to select “Upgrade Plan” on the Sites > Hosting Features page, but when I click that the cart is empty and reads “You do not have permission to access this resource.”. How do I add this to cart and give you money?

Are you the person who registered dovetailgroupindy.wordpress.com on WordPress.com? Do you have Administrator status?
If so, you can upgrade your site from a couple of places while logged in with the site owner/Admin account
https://wordpress.com/plans/ which will open your site’s dashboard to the Upgrades>Plans page
https://wordpress.com/pricing/ which opens the general upgrading page
If none of those work for you, try logging out and then logging back in with a different web browser or in an incognito window. Sometimes browser extensions can cause issues.
