Can't buy CSS anymore? Only in Premium?

I am very frustrated, I just finally was able to get CSS for my website, and then I notice I can’t buy it no more. I guess you have to buy that Premium plan? I don’t wanna spend 100$ a year on CSS, can’t I just buy it once for like 40$? This has really pissed me off. I want help now, I want the option to buy CSS on it’s own again.

Welcome to the “new” WordPress.COM – they discontinued the ability to buy individual upgrades a couple of weeks ago for the long time accounts – a few months ago when new accounts could only buy the bundle we were told that old accounts would be able to continue to buy individual upgrades – the staff sort of fibbed and the policy was changed about two weeks ago to only bundles – so you need to buy $60.- worth of stuff you don’t want – guess they needed a bigger corporate plane or yacht maybe – note it was not publicized at all

The old policy was fair – buy what you need – I suggested a discount for the more you buy get a bit of a discount – starting at $45.-/yr (I would not get a discount at that price) – in place of the bundle – no it was not done – I think the quantity discount was more fair
Been a change from a few years ago – sadly not for the better in my opinion
