Can't buy guided transfer – blog already has upgrades?

Hello,
I tried to buy a guided transfer from the store and got this message in red at the top of the screen:
“This blog already has some of these upgrades. Did you mean to renew your subscriptions?”
I have no idea if I got the transfer (and don’t I have to specify the time and day I want to do it?) or what this message even means (is it an error message or something?)
I’m really confused and I kind of need to get the blog transferred as soon as possible, so your help is much appreciated! Thanks!

Hi there, it doesn’t look like a Guided Transfer purchase went through as I don’t see it listed among your transactions on this account. Is it possible you tried to purchase the Premium package instead? That sounds like the sort of error you might have seen if that were the case.
In order to be able to purchase a Guided Transfer, please follow our Guided Transfer guidelines.
In particular, please make sure that you’ve disabled your premium theme and reset any custom fonts to their defaults.
Let me know if you have any further trouble.

How do I go about disabling the theme? I can’t find any options for that in the various dashboard menus.
