Can't buy Site Redirect

    Hi. I have transferred the domain (that was registered on wordpress.com) to an external provider and set up a self-hosted wp install.
    Everything works.

    Now i want that the visitor coming from the wordpress.com URL being redirected to the self hosted site

    I have already done that in the past by buying the ‘Site Redirect’ feature, but this time the activation fails with a red warning with a generic error message…
    I’m guessing this may be due to the ‘mapping’ feature that has been left activated since the domain previously was on wp.com?

    Has anyone experience on that? Any ideas?
