Cant cancel?

  Hi,

  My renewal is the 15th December 2015 but i want to cancel everything. I got to do it and it says ‘Do I get a refund?
  Yes! You are canceling this purchase within the 2 day refund period. Once you confirm, your card will be refunded £22 GBP. Learn more.’ but then i click to cancel and it says ‘This upgrade cannot be cancelled.’.

  Can someone please advise what i have to do?
