trying to cancel my account but its not working, would like my money back but the website just isnt doing that

Exactly which username account purchased the upgrade?
Exactly which underlying .wordpress.COM blog was the upgrade purchased for?
WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

Note that when we need a Staff follow-up we type modlook into the sidebar tags on our forum threads. I did that for you so the domain URL will not be lost.
