Cant cancel anything

    When I go to ‘my upgrades’ and try to cancel everything it won’t let me- when I click refund it just comes up with a title and no option to apply for refund.

    I think this is because I have already deleted the domain?

    Can someone tag staff on this?

    I want a refund on everything- the upgrade to premium, the domain registration and site redirect.

    Hi @rachaelyule, I’ve cancelled and refunded everything for you. The domains will be released within the next few days so you can buy them again at another host if you’d like.
