Can't cancel bundle while keeping domain

Hello all,
This may be to much of a repost, posted in an old thread, but saw it was marked as resolved, so just wanna be sure my post doesn’t get lost…
I bought the value bundle, thinking it would be perfect for my coming business, but I wasn’t able to discover that it wasn’t what I was looking for due to unfortunate circumstances at school this weekend . I still want to keep the domain at wordpress.com, but see now that I missed the 48h window for refund when having bought a domain together with the bundle. I thought the 30 days would apply when just canceling the bundle alone, but apparently not.. I don’t get this at all to be honest.

Starting a new site can be overwhelming until you become familiar with how things work. If you are completely new to WordPress, I’d start with this great tutorial written with you in mind http://learn.wordpress.com/

I have seen several cases where the bundle was canceled and the domain name registration was kept – takes some help by the staff but it should be able to be done – this is already flagged for the staff to help you –
