Can't cancel domain

  Hi,

  I have just purchased a new domain at saigonsettler.org. After trying to access the site using https://saigonsettler.wordpress.com/ it says that I can’t, and I have to cancel the .com domain. When I click cancel, I get the message:

  You cannot cancel this domain because it was not registered with WordPress.com. Please contact support.

  And so here I am… what am I supposed to do?

  Hi @benleews,

  I can cancel the domain saigonsettler.com for you so that you can then access saigonsettler.org. Just a note, once we cancel the domain, it will be returned to the registrar and may be sold to someone else. Can you just reply back to confirm you no longer want saigonsettler.com?
