Can't cancel domain name

    Hi! I’ve seen I’m not the only one who asks this but I can’t seem to find the correct answer.

    My domain name joakimborgudd.com who I bought through WordPress.com has expired and I want to cancel it and go back to use my free domain name joakimborgudd.wordpress.com.

    When I try to cancel it says “You cannot cancel this domain because it was not registered with WordPress.com. Please contact support.”

    What do I need to do?

    joakimborgudd.com is no longer registered anywhere as best I can tell. And I’m seeing joakimborgudd.wordpress.com point to your WordPress.com site correctly. So it would appear you are in the clear.
