Can't cancel expired domain

  • Unknown's avatar

Whenever I visit my domain I get a pop-up claiming that one of my domain-mappings have expired. I get the option to renew or cancel. Since this is an old domain, I want to cancel it. However, when I try to find the domain it seems to be connected to my premium account, which I don’t want to cancel. So there seems to be some mixup there.

The site works ok, and I can still publish, however previews are impossible since it only triggers the pop-up. I have a main domain name which I’m using, this is a older, secondary, that’s causing the trouble.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  • Hi there,

Right, you have two options here. I can either cancel the ‘forskarbloggen.sub.su.se’ domain, OR, extend its expiration date to March 9th, 2017 (to match your plan).

If you don’t want this domain, I can cancel it and include the other domain ‘blog.stockholmuniversitypress.se’ with the plan, so it’ll renew next year along with the plan.

Let me know what route you’d like to take. :)

    Hi,

I would prefer the second option. Cancel forskarbloggen.sub.su.se and add blog.stockholmuniversitypress.se to the plan.

    Thanks!

  • Hi,

Sure thing! It’s done. blog.stockholmuniversitypress.se is now added to the plan.
