Can’t Cancel Mapped Domain
-
I received the following email:
The domain mapping xxx.net, mapped to the site “xxx.net”, will renew automatically in 30 days. You don’t have to do anything — this is just a reminder….”
I wanted to cancel the mapping because I no longer have this URL but when I click the link to Manage Subscriptions from the email, I can’t locate anything for xxx.net to cancel the subscription. Any suggestions?
Many thanks,
DeniseThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there!
I don’t see any domains mapped to your WordPress.com account. xxx.net doesn’t appear to be mapped to any WordPress.com account either. Could you please share a screenshot of the email you received?
A screenshot is an image that captures what appears on your computer screen. Screenshots can come in handy when trying to explain something to Support, or if you want to blog about something you’ve seen on your computer screen. No matter what operating system you use, you can make a screenshot in a few steps. Windows Find the Print Screen key. (Depending on your keyboard, the key miThanks!

Hi @aisajib Happy new year! There was an issue not long ago with uploading images to the forums. Has that been resolved? Thanks.
@denisevegabooks if you can’t upload your screenshot here, you can upload it to your WordPress.com site’s media library and then let staff know it’s there in this forum thread.

I was hiding the actual name of the URL but I guess it doesn’t matter! Here’s the email. Thank you!

Thanks for the additional info!
I do not see any upgrades under your <term-user value=”@denisevegabooks” class=”spf-tag”>@denisevegabooks</term-user> WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/
Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login?
I can confirm that your site is registered at WordPress.com but is under a different account and not your <term-user value=”@denisevegabooks” class=”spf-tag”>@denisevegabooks</term-user> login. If you do not recall how to log in to your other account you can fill out the form here to get assistance from our Account Recovery team: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
On that form you will be asked to provide a transaction ID for your purchase, which you can typically find on your credit card statement. More info on how to find that here: https://wordpress.com/support/billing-history/#retrieving-a-transaction-id
Once you are connected to the correct account we are happy to assist you further. Thanks!

You were correct! It was a different login. I was able to locate it and cancel the subscription to mapping. Many thanks for your help.
