Can't cancel my domain mapping order

  I ordered the $13 domain mapping yesterday to have my wordpress.com blog point to my custom domain.

  I decided to move to a hosted solution in the end, migrated my blog, and deleted the site on wordpress.com. Now there are DNS issues.

  I am not able to modify all DNS settings and I get a blank page when I click the “Cancel and Refund” link at https://wordpress.com/my-upgrades/

  Tried it in IE, Firefox, and Chrome.

  How can I cancel my domain mapping purchase? When I try to contact support directly, they won’t let me submit it without picking my blog from a drop-down menu….it’s not listed because it is deleted. If I could get in touch with support, I’ll provide my Receipt ID and payment ref# to hopefully get this sorted out.

  Hi Tyler,

  Sorry for the trouble canceling that domain mapping upgrade. I just cancelled and refunded it for you. It may take some time for that refund to appear on your bank statement, but you can find the refund receipt now in your Billing History.

  Thanks for your support, this issue is resolved. Domain mapping was canceled and refunded successfully. Feel free to close this topic, or delete as I don’t think it will be useful for others moving forward.
