Can't cancel my plan

I’ve just charged $84.99 to renew my plan (auto renewal). I researched how to to cancel as I’m not using it and it said to go to manage purchases and you can cancel from there yet there is no information to cancel.
I can’t find a contact us button so how do I get this thing cancelled and my money refunded?

The account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any upgrades, only the free site, http://debilloyd.wordpress.com/, and has never bought anything from us. We don’t even have a credit card on file for your account.
If this charge is for WordPress.com, it’s for a site in a completely different account.
If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. You can also use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
