Can't cancel my upgrade & my posts aren't showing up in the Reader

    I’ve tried several times to cancel the domain upgrade I purchased, but I am never sent a confirmation email (by the way I have checked the spam folder). I would like to cancel the upgrade as soon as possible so that I can receive a refund, please.

    Also, none of my posts seem to show up in the Reader. I am careful about the number of tags etc., so I wonder what the problem could be.

    Domains are only refundable in the first 48 hours. Also, i advise against cancelling; it’s generally worth it to hang on to them for a year, since if you cancel there are dozens of opportunistic companies willing to pounce on them and charge you $100 to get that domain back.

    New blogs don’t show up in the Reader. Also, there is an old issue with scheduled posts not showing up either. And make sure to use the Classic Editor, as it’s more secure than the New one, which has several bugs.

    You weren’t able to cancel your WordPress.com Premium purchase because your domain tiptoptarot.net is registered through the Premium upgrade. When this happens, we manually handle the cancellation.

    Domain registrations can only be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase. However, we can cancel the rest of the Premium upgrade for a refund of C$105.
    If we refund the rest of the Premium upgrade purchase, you can continue to use the tiptoptarot.net domain with your WordPress.com site.

    Alternatively, you can connect the domain to a site that is hosted with another provider:

    http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/move-domain/

    If you don’t want to keep the domain, we can cancel it for you. Please note that canceling it makes it available for someone else to purchase, and you might not be able to register it again. We don’t recommend canceling, unless you’re okay with this.
