Can’t Cancel Podcast Subscription

    The problem is not with my site but a blog I am getting notifications of new posts. The blog I get the notifications from is one I subscribed to called Unwanted Life. On several notifications I have tried to cancel my subscription. When I do, I get a list of 3 sites that allow me to manage my subscriptions, but an Unwanted Life is not on this list. Any suggestions what I can do? Here’s the link to the site I want to stop getting emails from.

    The site I need help with is http://www.insightsbipolarbear.com. It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack.

    Hi there,

    The site you referred to is not hosted by us on WordPress.com. It’s a self-hosted WordPress.org site that’s hosted by another company.

    I’ve looked up your WordPress.com account and I can confirm that you are not subscribed to that blog using your WordPress.com account. So you must have subscribed to them directly or via another way that is out of our control to manage.

    Please get in touch with the site owner for help with turning off email notifications from that blog. I see that there’s a contact form on that blog so you may want to use that to send them a message.
