Cant cancel premium upgrades to cancel account

  Hi.

  I am trying to delete this site but am prompted to cancel my premium upgrades before I can do so. I head to manage purchases and can only cancel my private registration, not my custom design or domain registration . Even after cancelling my private registration I still can’t cancel anything else. Can someone help me out with this, please?

  Hi @alytheevil, I can help.

  If I cancel the domain, you won’t be able to buy it again anytime soon, if it all. Is that okay? If so I’ll go ahead and remove your upgrades.

  Or if you just wanted to start over and use the domain somewhere else, let me know and we’ll help you set that up.

  It won’t affect the other domain, but to be clear, which one are you cancelling? alytheevil.com or ajemediaonline.com ? Let me know — I wouldn’t want to cancel the wrong one. Thanks!
