Can't cancel Registered Domain

  Hi

  I have been trying to cancel my domain and it isn’t allowing me too. I do not wish to cancel my privacy upgrade nor cancel info as they are the only two opinions. I had canceled my auto renew for May 2016. However,

  I want the domain gone! Can anyone help me with this?

  It was telling me to contact support but I am just going round in circles.
