Can't Cancel Renewal

    I’m trying to cancel my renewal, everything is scheduled to renew on the 26th, every time I try to cancel it won’t let me (“There was a problem canceling your purchase. Please contact support for more information.”) “Support” is just an endless loop of unhelpful information. I want to cancel all domains and payments associated with this account immediately. Please advise!
