can’t cancel subscription

    I want to cancel subscription to product add ons, but on my wordpress.com/me under purchases there is nothing, even though under billing there are several transactions. How do I cancel de subscription?

    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    The site 1a-academy.com looks to be self-hosted, which means WordPress.com add-ons (managed under WordPress.com/me/purchases) wouldn’t apply there. That’s why you’re not seeing a cancel option under your purchases.

    • If it was a WooCommerce.com extension purchase (like Product Add-Ons), which is managed through your WooCommerce.com account rather than WordPress.com?
