Can't cancel subscription! About to auto-renew…

  I don’t want to auto-renew a domain name. When I click on ‘Manage Purchases’ I am left hanging with a page that just asks me if I want to (pay for an) upgrade. This strikes me as borderline illegal. How do I cancel asap?

  Hi there,

  I don’t see any upgrades in your account, so perhaps you bought it using a different account. What is the domain in question, please?
