Can't cancel subscription because I can't verify my email address

Hi,
I’m trying to cancel a subscription on Woocommerce.com, but when I try to go to the “subscriptions” tab I only see a message and button that says “Resend email verification”.
If I click the button I am sent to WordPress.com, but I never receive an email verification. It is now not possible for me to cancel the subscription.
Which steps do I need to take to fix this issue?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You are posting in the support forums for the hosting provider, WordPress.com. We do not provide support for the WooCommerce plugin in this forum.
Go to WooCommerce.com, and log in using your WordPress.com username account that you used to buy the Subscriptions plugin.
Once you’re logged into WooCommerce.com with the correct account, you can open a support ticket at this link:

Your WordPress.com account was never verified when you created it, which prevents you from viewing subscriptions or opening a support ticket on WooCommerce.com.
I’ve sent you an email to manually verify your account. Please reply to that email, and we can help with this there.
Once we’ve verified your account, we can also forward your ticket to the WooCommerce team so they can help you with your subscription with them.
