can't cancel the domain

  hello,

  I made the domain purchase from another account and now can’t access that account as it was on my university email (and I graduated). It’s saying my user can’t cancel it.

  Is there a way of cancelling the auto-renew? I no longer use the website so don’t want to pay.

  Definitely. Since you have been paying for it, you can look up the transaction ID on a previous payment, and use that to regain access to the account. Don’t post the transaction ID here, but do use our secure form so our account recovery team can help. Here’s how:

  If you’ve tried that and are having trouble with it, please update us here and we’ll reach out over email for the ID. The secure form is best, though.

  Thank you! I’m unable to get the ID as I can’t find it in my transactions sadly. Is there another way?
