Can't cancel the PRO upgrade

  First of all, I’d like to state that I canceled my PRO upgrade twice since Oct 21st 2014 for the website analogattention.wordpress.com. Today, I got a reminder that I’ll be charged 99$ for the upgrade that I canceled. I’m not able to go to My Upgrades and cancel it for the 3rd time, and cannot see a page in the list of my pages. A big part of the website’s functionalities seems to be down. Ironically, the support is shut until….drumroll…the 21st.

  Is anyone experiencing the same problem?

  Dear WordPress admins; I think that this is a very unprofessional way of doing business.

  Your domain name is set to expire within a month. Do you still want to use that domain name — whether for a site on WordPress.com or elsewhere?

  Or would you like us to cancel both the domain name and the Pro Plan? Please note that if you do cancel the domain, there’s no guarantee you’ll be able to get it back.
