Can't Cancel the upgrade

  Have tried about 5 different times to cancel the upcoming transition as I am nearing the end of the free trial. The confirmation link always leads to a 404 error. Why is it so incredibly difficult to cancel or even find anyone who can help?

  Are you logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased the upgrade trial? That’s a necessity.

  WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.

  Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

  Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades.   Yes I have followed all of the above steps. Once I receive the confirmation link in my email, it is a broken link an I am unable to completely cancel.
