Can't cancel upgrade – confirmation email not sent

Hello,
I recently started the “Free Trial” for Premium, and I would like to cancel this upgrade before my card is charged. When I click on the “Cancel this upgrade” button, it says that a confirmation link was sent to my email. However, it is has been over 4 days, and I still have not received a confirmation link.
Could you please help me cancel my upgrade before my credit card is charged?

Looking at your account, I am seeing that the trial has been canceled and there are no pending charges. So you should be all set.
