can't cancel upgrades

  i want to delete my blog but the site says i have to cancel my upgrades first.
  i went to ‘manage purchase’ as suggested but cannot find a way to cancel the purchase.

  Hi there,

  The reason you cannot cancel the upgrades yourself if because you have a custom domain as part of your upgrade. Cancelling a domain means you give up ownership of that domain name. The domain name may not be released immediately, and there’s no guarantee that you’ll be able to register it again (here or elsewhere) in the future. For that reason we need you to please confirm if that’s really what you want to do.

  Note that if you want to use that domain with another site, you can always transfer it away from us and to a different registrar, rather than cancelling it.
