Cant center image using image widget deluxe

  Hi! I’m a beginner at this and working on a website, I’m not too good at the css thing.. but when I type in the code, nothing works. I’m using the image widget deluxe and when I use the center footer widget area, its too far off to the right.. when I use the left footer widget area its too far to the left..
