cant change account language

  This is so broken.
  My account language is traditional Chinese.
  I want to change it to English, for the sake of convenience.
  Yet, it was just not successful.
  PLXXXXXXXXX, How are wordpress be so broken?

  I did forget to mention that, I have followed the procedure but it just did not work!!!!!!!!!!!1

  Did you clear your cache to see if that adjusted? Sometimes refreshing the browser doesn’t catch the change.

  The problem has just been fixed somehow, after I re-started WordPress.
