Can't change address of primary blog

  We have JetPack installed in our WordPress.org blog. The wp.me shortlink is going to a bad URL. I can’t change the primary blog link in the WordPress.com account to the correct address. The primary blog is set to an old page that the webmaster moved. It should be:

  http://drjamestalkington.com/doctors-notes/

  Please fix or explain why it’s not recognizing the blog.
